- The EV charging cable must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in resalable condition. If used, there must be no signs of use on either the plug handles or along the cable length.
- Any signs of damage, wear and tear, or modifications will make the return ineligible.
- Upon receiving the returned merchandise, Returns Team will inspect it for compliance with the return conditions.
- Returns will not be accepted for EV charging cables that have been subjected to misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
- Customized or special-order EV charging cables are not eligible for returns unless deemed defective.
