We can repair any plug that is ours, even if very damaged as long as the actual cable is intact and with no damage.
If the customer has extended warranty this covers accidental damage (plug being ran over, dropped, etc), if the customer does not have extended warranty then they would have to pay for the repair as standard warranty does not cover accidental damage.
