Manufacturing and lead times
Our products are manufactured to order, which is how we offer flexible cable lengths, colours, connector combinations, and customer-specific requirements. It also means lead times vary depending on the size of your order.
Typical lead times:
- Up to 25 cables: 5 working days
- Up to 50 cables: 10 working days
- Up to 100 cables: 15–20 working days
- Up to 200 cables: 4–5 weeks
Worth knowing:
- Lead times are based on current production capacity and begin once payment and order details are confirmed.
- During periods of high demand, lead times may increase.
- If you have a firm delivery date, place your order as early as possible.
- Larger fleet, OEM, dealership, and infrastructure projects — talk to us early so we can reserve production capacity.
Shipping
Shipping method depends on order size. Smaller orders go by courier. Larger orders go by pallet.
Orders below 50 cables:
- Shipped via our courier network.
- Multiple-box shipments may be used where required.
- Shipping is weight-based and calculated at checkout.
Orders of 50 cables or more:
- Delivered by pallet network.
- Due to the increased insurance costs of multi-box courier shipments, pallet delivery is the standard method for larger orders.
Before you order, let us know if any of these apply:
- A vehicle with a tail lift is required
- Delivery is to a residential address
- Restricted access applies
- A timed delivery is required
- A delivery appointment is mandatory
Additional carrier charges may apply in some circumstances. We'd rather flag that upfront than surprise you after the fact.
