Your trade account is a company account, not a personal one. It sits under your company name with one or more locations (billing entities, branches, warehouses — however your business is structured).

Multiple users: You can have as many team members on your account as you need. Contact our partner support team to add new users.

Two role levels:

• Location Admin — manages users, payment methods, and delivery addresses for their location
• Ordering Only — places orders using the payment methods and addresses already set up

Shared payment methods: A Location Admin adds a payment method once. Everyone at that location can use it to check out — no need to share card details between team members.

Passwordless login: No passwords to remember or reset. When you log in, we send a code to your email. Enter the code and you're in.

Editable shipping addresses: You can change the delivery address on each order. Useful for dropshipping to different end customers, or if your business ships to multiple sites.
