- How safe are the cables and how to ensure safe home charging, suitable sockets, etc?
Our cables are very safe and all cables are tested before being sent out to the customer. If the socket is correct there shouldn't be any over heating issue, if a socket is overheating then the customer should not be using the said socket as not safe and socket should be checked by an electrician, our portable chargers are set to pull 10amp max, if the socket is old it should not be used as might not be suitable for EV charging.
