Our wholesale sales 30 Day Returns policy means even if a product was wrongly ordered or there is simply a change of mind, we’ll refund unto 30 days after the original purchase date.
Please Note: Items must be unopened and unused and packaging in good as new condition.
There is a £15* per item fee for returns being sent from the UK, or £35* per item fee being sent from the EU, or £45* per item fee for returns being sent from the ‘Rest of the World’
If an item is returned in used condition we cannot offer a refund. Any item returned in used condition will be sent back to the owner - in circumstances such as this we reserve the right to charge a £15 processing fee before the cable is released to be returned.
Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the product.
